There may be other names contained within the documents in Plaintiffs

possession. Defendants can freely examine those documents in accordance with

Plaintiff's ANSWER NO. 1to DEFENDANTS FIRST SET OF DOCUMENT REQUESTSto

ascertain whether or not there are in fact any additional names.

Plaintiff believes that there are 300-700 additional individuals currently known

only to Defendants that would also have knowledge relating to this question. The

extent of that knowledge is currently unknown to Plaintiff.

The roster of attendees to the various business meetings that altered Solid Rock

Church articles will contain a list of eyewitnesses. Plaintiff believes that those attendees

will testify to the falsity of Defendants' filings with the Minnesota Secretary of State.

Plaintiff has not yet ascertained the exact knowledge known by any particular

individual but, in casual passing, has talked to a few eyewitnesses who confirm Plaintiffs'

belief that Defendants made false filings with the Secretary of State.

Two affidavits are contained in the documents available to Defendants, which

attest to Plaintiffs allegations of false article filings by Defendants. They are from two of

the individuals shown in the above list.
