signatories, that were unaware of the true nature and exact contents of the filing.

July 29, 1993 were signed and certified by one or more trustees and directors,
signatories, based only upon the faith and belief that Defendant William N. Matthews
would not lie to them or present them with false information.

exception of notice for a name change to Article I.
