Sheriff's Auction Sale Update

Elk River, MN (June 4, 1999). After inquiring about the status of the Sheriff's auction sale planned for June 3, 1999 at 10:00 a.m., James 417 Association was informed by the bank's attorney that the sale had been canceled.

The reason cited for the cancellation of the Sheriff's auction sale was that the Bank of Elk River reinstated the Solid Rock Church Mortgage after past due mortgage payments and interest were made up.
