Analysis of Bill Matthews' first fraudulent filing

When suddenly . . . I was physically forced to stand upright and simultaneously
my right arm was thrust into the air and began waving at Bill so I could speak.
I remember thinking how bizarre the experience was. Like I had a choice here, Lord? I spoke in
front of the church not as a member but as an observer. I spoke in favor of the name change and
relayed how God had sent me earlier in the year with the same message to a previous pastor. The
congregation voted to accept the new name and that was the end of the business for the night.
I cannot say where Mr. Matthews gets the above massive changes which he filed with the State of
Minnesota and certified that he (and others) complied with the law. The changes represent massive
fraud and deception. Mr. Matthews will eventually have to explain himself in a court of law. God
has given me that prophecy!

I was so overwhelmed by the experience of being supernaturally ejected from my seat that I
decided to make a journal entry into my contemporaneous time management log. The entry was
made the very next day. You see, I keep a written record of my life and its major events and
activities. I have done this for over twenty years. As you might imagine, my written records do
not support the illegal corporate filings that Mr. Matthews has made from the period of time of
1993 through 1996 (inclusive).
The journal entry made that week and dated 7/1/93 reads:

"Pushed out of my seat with my hand forced in the air? It sure felt like it as God
had me stand witness to the church vote on a name change and get up and speak
to the members about it. We are now 'Solid Rock Church'. Praise You Lord!"
