How William Neal Matthews Stole Solid Rock Church

St. Paul explains this to you in the Word of God at 2 Corinthians 11:13-15. Godly men do not lie to their congregations and board. Neither do they file fraudulent article changes with the Secretary of State's Office. Do liars go to Heaven?

Congregation's Actions

Voted a name change evidenced by Matthews' Exhibit 1 meeting minutes and Palmer Exhibit 1, the actual meeting resolution.

Matthews called members together without proper notice to consider an "AG faith" report that he didn't like. No article changes were presented. A resolution to disaffiliate was then illegally presented to the members. It did not specify any article or bylaw changes. The evidence is Matthews' Exhibit 6 page 28-29 and Palmer Exhibit 4, the actual meeting resolution.

Analysis of State Filing

Illegally Filed New Articles

Without any action on the part of the members, a new set of articles filed eliminated all member voting rights. These illegal articles were followed by a new set of By-Laws further consolidating Matthews' control and ownership of Solid Rock Church and its property.

The Board of Trustees

Mark, Bennett, Ernest, Roger, Joe, Lorin, Earl and Howard

Ask the board to explain their signatures and what they plan to do about the Theft of Solid Rock.

The Board of Trustees failed to exercise due diligence and took William Neal Matthews at his word. They had no reason to believe that a "so-called" man of God would lie to them only nine months after he was installed. Is this a proverbial "sucker punch?" Once again, the Board of Trustees failed to exercise due diligence and took William Neal Matthews at his word. Did they still have no reason to believe that this "so-called" man of God would lie to them? The congregation was thinning fast and the board was no longer legitimate.

Effect Of Changes
Consider the Facts

The effect of the illegal changes William Neal Matthews made was to usurp corporate authority away from the board of trustees and the congregation's voting membership. (Start of Theft!) The effect of the illegal changes William Neal Matthews made was to finalize the consolidation of his theft of Solid Rock Church by taking away the voting rights of the members of the congregation. (End of Theft!)

Saint Paul Explains It!

"God never sent those men at all; they are 'phonies' who have fooled you into thinking they are Christ's apostles. Yet I am not surprised! Satan can change himself into an angel of light, so it is no wonder his servants can do it too, and seem like godly ministers. In the end they will get every bit of punishment their wicked deeds deserve." The words of St. Paul at 2 Corinthians 11:13-15. Living BibleHome
