We, the undersigned, for the purpose of forming a corporation under and
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 317, Minnesota Statutes Annotated, and any
amendments thereto, did on the 14th day of May, 1977, assemble at the place of worship
pursuant to notice duly given, in the City of Elk River, County of Sherburne and State
of Minnesota for the purpose of incorporating themselves under the act of the
legislature of the State of Minnesota, all in pursuant of notice duly given to said
congregation and according to the Rules and Customs thereof.

The purpose of this corporation shall be to establish and maintain a Missionary
and evangelistic church, and to provide a place of worship for the same in the City of
Elk River, County of Sherburne and State of Minnesota; to establish, maintain and
conduct schools for religious instruction of the young, and to further other religious and
charitable work, and to that end and for that purpose may adopt and establish By-Laws,
and make all rules and regulations deemed necessary and expedient for the management
of its affairs, in accordance with law, and not inconsistent with these Articles of
Incorporation; and to take, buy, manage, hold, sell and dispose of the property, both real
and personal of said corporation, subject to such rules and regulations, if any, as the
congregation may adopt.
