In case of division within this corporation, its property, both real and personal,
shall belong to that part of the Congregation or Corporation which remains faithful to its
tenets, doctrines and Articles of Incorporation.
In case the congregation should cease to exist as a church body and ceases to
use its property for church purposes, then the property shall revert to the Minnesota
District Council of the Assemblies of God, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, with full authority
to sell this property or use it in any way they see fit, for the cause of Christ.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we have hereunto subscribed our hands and
affixed our seals this 4thday of September, 1977.
